Very let down. My appointment was cancelled with less than 2 hours notice, I was offered the following day between 9am and 11am.. I said 9am, and was then ignored via Facebook/email/WhatsApp/text, to then receive a message from someone at 12pm the next day who ‘picked up the message from Amanda’s phone’ who advised... read full comment
