Had a lovely stay and Saffron Walden the town is lovely with lots of individual shops and places to eat. Would recommend a visit ? ?Rooms: We stayed here as we were travelling aboard the next day from Stansted good location ?

Perfect for a stopover before catching a flight. The food is OK and the rooms are really nice. The Staff were brilliant ?

Rooms are ok except if you need heat seems they control it cuts off at night and when ever you are not in room then takes about 20 minutes to start again. Forget towels our room had one bath and one hand. Showers are extremely slippery. If you need a rubber mat you have to request one. Hopefully you haven’t fallen and... read full comment
