I had a top to return as it was to big, I didn't have a receipt, at first the manager wouldn't let me change it without a receipt, but finally she agreed, I hadn't worn the top and it still had the price tag on it. I went it to buy a pair of jeans on the 28/7/23 I couldn’t find the product I was looking for so I asked the staff members that were stood chatting the didn’t seem interested or willing to help it’s a shame as I was looking to buy so muchAs a retail manager myself I was disappointed with the service
