Subscribed for the monthly fragrance..good concept if u wanna try different perfumes every month... after 3months I decided to unsubscribe..It was easy to do so over the phone .. However if you want to return the package back for refund..it's a bit of a hassle..The shop at Queens Gate was reluctant ti take it back ..saying...

The staff is so rude they don’t know how to serve the customers. not help full at all specially the young skinny girl. Had a very bad experience will never go again
