I believe 10pm close is not 9.48pm, rude staff! And shutters closed for tabacco early and the excuse was it's alarme, well it would of been had you not shut up early!!

The Everi is never open, and when I ask the staff to find out more information, the couldn’t be less helpful if they tried. Very disappointing from such a high franchise, for them to have such bad customer service.
