Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.... look at your house with a disgusted face and run away so as not to serve you ...terrible experience

absolutely disgusting experience ... went into the location and was told collections were upstairs on the first floor..on approaching the cash tills at the rear of the premises, a male staff member just walked away without saying a word.. We had very a bad experience with our online purchase as it was a problem to get money back from the returns. And shame on you for not accepting Blue light cards in stores!
