Gone so downhill since old members of staff left. Went in today to pay money in at 5 (shuts at 5.30). They stopped serving at 5.15 abruptly said, I’m not serving anybody else after this. ONE member of staff and one counter serving a town of over 16,000 people. Be prepared to wait up to an hour. Also frequently closed on random days. Looking at the reviews here, clearly somethings happened "behind the scenes" in the last year.

The staff are nice but that's about the only positive. It's run down and dilapidated and usually only one staff member working meaning there is always a queue regardless of what time or day you go. If there ever are more than 2 staff on you can almost guarantee one will be shuffling paper regardless of how long the queue... read full comment
