It would be 5* if the old woman who works on the post office side didn't try to charge you for the most expensive returns when it's not necessary! The lovely guy doesn't do it so why does she! She ripped my 17yr old daughter off when returning a skirt and charged for special delivery! Horrible woman get rid.
