Using the click and collect service, till person refused to acknowledge my order instead pointing to the self service machine on the wall. Great size store with a lot of products available. Staff and helpful and friendly. However, the spotlights throughout the store are horrid. They dazzle you and shine right in your eyes while you are trying to browse. Not good if you are light sensitive.
