Lovely experience with Haylee Ford, she left us to browse and then answered all our questions. Been to too two other places but we knew as soon as we saw the sofa.We’ve used furniture village before for sofas and beds and always return.

Furniture village Peterborough store scores very high for customer service. What Haylee didn’t know she found out quickly and made sure we wer comfortable with every decision. Really poor customer service and a manager who doesn’t know what is happening.After waiting 12 weeks for our settees to be delivered I finally received a call on Friday 27/10/23 to say they were in stock and could be delivered on the following Tuesday so I paid the balance. Monday morning their delivery people call again... read full comment
