Disgusting place with useless staff. Waited 3 times longer for my order than at first informed. Half of the stafff standing and playing with their phones instead of making orders. New customers being turned away, because ''we're too busy''.

Firstly, it was my error ordering from here. I thought i had ordered from a different location and set off to pick it up. When I arrived at the wrong location and realised my error I called this branch and explained the situation. They agreed to have it delivered at no cost , not sure who I spoke to but it was at 8.16pm.... read full comment

I called up and they said “I hope your mum dies in a car crash” and he said some other explicit words.
When I tried to ask for the manager another employee said “And", then proceeded to hang up the phone
