Rip off prices. Girl at till didn't add cream when I clearly asked for it. Didn't get told lunch deal doesn't apply after 2 until payment despite asking. Poor quality food.

The staff were lovely and friendly Lil had a really warm and welcoming smile and understood and laughed when I wanted a skinny gingerbread latte but squirt cream, also this most be one of the only Costas that had the gingerbread man .❤️ Olivia who made the coffee was also lovely, chatty and smiley and wished everyone... read full comment
