I want to open a savings bank account and more. The Barclays app refuses to let me do this, as some details are not up to date. It tells me to go to a local branch with ID etc to update " some details ". The local branch opens too late and shuts at 3pm, so I have no way of doing this. This is terrible.

Opening times need to be longer 3pm is not long enough and because they don’t open till 9.30 it really hard to get to the bank

Bad experience, never should deposit money through their machines, as my £200 is still missing. I have reported the same day but only my £980 was deposited back after 48 hours to my account and was said to me it was stuck in machine.
