If your posting parcels small envelopes forget it very rude staff , if your buying a packet of opal fruits and a can of coke then it’s ok .

My first and last visit today. Surly service. Was treated to unfriendliness when purchasing post office goods. I carried on smiling and being friendly, so no excuse. I'm not sure why anyone would treat customers like this for no reason.

When I got there at 17:25, the counter clerk was cashing up. His mobile phone kept ringing, he kept answering. I was stood there for 5 minutes before being acknowledged and was told he wouldn’t be a minute. Waited a few more minutes, he answered his mobile again so I left. Will be reporting to area manager.
