Was severed today by someone called felix. Completely rude, obviously they didn’t want to be there, did not care and it felt like we were an inconvenience.

Food ok. Staff ok. Toilets revolting. Poo on loo seat. No hand was. No toilet paper. No signage to when it was last checked. Gross!
