Sat behind a black defender today for 10mins waiting for fuel, eventually the driver came from mot BP but Starbucks with iced coffees and told me he would be a few more mins whilst they walked off to McDonald's..... why are the he'll are the staff not noticing this kind of selfish behaviour?

Great BP, fuel expensive, as you would expect on busy roads. The service was excellent and the staff really friendly. Toilets clean

I went here last night at 11.30pm and the lady said sorry we cant sell you a cold drink but yet someone else asked for cold drink she gave it to them like what the hell the ladys customer service was appalling
