Just popped in to buy vitamins and went to the counter by the vitamin display, was then asked by Sara on the counter with the grey bun, was I buying anything from behind there ? No thank you I said. Waited in the queue for 10 minutes, as I was looking to purchase 8 perfumes for Xmas presents. Was ignored by the girl at the checkout who then proceeded to serve somebody else who had just joined the queue. Walked out and went to Superdrug

Went for flu jab and covid. 10 minutes before appointment we were told they didn't have enough vaccine and all other appointments were cancelled. Didn't even announce it to everyone just stuck a note up.
