Tried to get first chequebook. That requires in-person visit (which doesn't make any sense - first I though it's because they need to get signature, but no - there's nothing justifying need to do that in-person). Really poor service. Arranged an appointment, many days in advance. They called to reschedule. Took time of work, Turned up with my daughter on the re-scheduled day, and was told they had to reschedule again.

Drove to Huntingdon. I arrived 45 minutes before closing seeing staff standing around and I was told that couldn’t see me because I didn’t have an appointment.
