Went to get some paint mixed up a few weeks ago, had a good chat with a nice older chap on the paint mixing counter. Genuinely very knowledgable about paint and general DIY stuff and passed on a couple of very helpful tips ?

Ordered online. A short while later emailed to say order canceled. After ringing up I was told you can't have a different billing and delivery address, so why give me the option when ordering. Bought what I wanted from another company who would send my order where I wanted.
