Yesterday I went to this pharmacy to get my prescription. I had to wait 40 minutes because in front of me was a queue of 6 people and about 7 people behind me. It took the woman behind the counter about 8 minutes to serve each person. When I asked why it takes so long she answered that they are short of staff. I asked...

Horrendous, do not answer the phone or send out texts when meds are ready resulting in my 87yr old father queuing outside in the cold for over an hour. Had we received a text the day before when the meds were actually ready we could have picked them up straight away.

Very friendly and helpful pharmacy. Although it doesn't open on Saturdays, it's great it opens until 6.15 on weekdays.
