Some of the rudest staff ive even encountered. From the dismissive lady with thick glases and short hair, to the man who has 0 telephone skills(answers and shouts hes too busy and demands you call back later). Looking at the other reviews , Tesco really need to address this departments people skills...

Very very dismissive and see you waiting with eye to eye contact, and totally ignores not just you but everyone waiting to be served. When they do decide to serve you they are very rude and totally without respect for you or your needs. Sometimes just stays out of sight around the back. Awful

I have never seen such disorder in an environment where order is possible.How you can't take the time to deal with the customer in front of you is amazing.I know that is not all they have to do, but it is the most important.Expect to wait a long time and you will no be dissatisfied.
