The customer service lady was racist towards my Irish Traveller friends.

Popped to fill up tonight, all closed up at 9pm! Store open till 10pm, not a good service when you need fuel, have gone out of the way to get there and used more fuel in the process. Not good Sainsbury's, stick to your opening times as advertised.

Got to the door 8.45 and it was locked , over an hour before closing time
