Had a one night stay for my birthday on Saturday night. Really nice place. Room was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Food was excellent, both the evening meal and breakfast. Staff were attentive and friendly. Nice beer garden area. Highly recommend.

Went yesterday, pub was pretty empty. Ordered fish and chips for both my wife and I (menu is pretty poor), the fish was either cooked in old or burned oil. Chips were reheated so had become kind of chewy tough things. And the prices are too high considering it’s a standard Greene King pub!
