Is there an actual phone line or are they in league with BT and share the money ? No human ever picks up the phone!! Have had Aeroplane Monthly delivered for 2 years and for the last two months not delivered I can only imagine that a posture enjoys the magazine as much as me !!

What an absolute joke of a place!!! Changed my parcel to collection as I knew I wouldn’t be home to receive it. Arrived here to collect my parcel only to read a sign saying they are only open 8-10am!! What working man/woman is able to collect a parcel between 8-10am!! Ridiculous!!
