Dissatisfied this time using Boots. Was not informed glasses were ready could not get through on the phone after trying 60 times. Waited nearly a month to get them. Will think twice next time

Outstanding service. I have recently lost my hearing and am now profoundly deaf. All the staff and optometrist were so helpful and went out of their way to ensure good communication. I felt in safe hands, having full access to the checks and information I needed. Brilliant job.

I book appointments either on the phone or online in advance. But then 9 times out of 10 during the week before my appointment they call to say they don't have an optician so I have to reschedule.You're an optician. How can you not have am optician?
