Terrible returns experience. They use Evri (aka Hermes). Booked a home collection, waited in all day Saturday. Got email at 5.30pm to say they had tried delivery. No they hadn’t…I was downstairs for hours each side of the delivery time they stated, a camera picked up nothing. Got collected 4.30pm Monday, having waited...
