I struggle with the layout of the self serve or main tills; this somehow needs to be re-designed. Basically when you queue for the staff tills you get people rush across in front of you from the self serve tills. This can seem to create chaotic shop when busy and essentially a little too crowded. Excellent, friendly service by Jojo who's a huge asset to Tesco. Customer experience is great. Above and beyond, and many new and old customers comment about what a breath of fresh air she is.

Poor range and very few value products, mostly overpriced brands. Tends to be understaffed so I hope you like standing round waiting. They do that annoying thing where you have to scan a loyalty card to get product discounts. There's a very good Asda nearby.
