It was 8pm and my wife had sent me off to Tesco with a list of stuff I had no idea about where to look (apart from the blueberries). So, I disturbed a member of staff with a colleague who were on a computer. I asked where I could find one item. He stopped what he was doing and took me to where it should be. Terrible female staff. Very rude to customer. Thought chatting to her friend about Instagram was more important then serving her customers. My hands were full, I asked her to put my coffee down so I could pick it up, she stood there holding it. As a manager myself, I strongly feel this female needs more training in hospitality... read full comment

We go early on a Thursday morning for our weekly shop and my husband loves to buy a newspaper and then go for a coffee and have a pan du raisin. Catches me up on time to help pop the shopping on the conveyer belt and pack it. Perfect. This way I can shop in peace and enjoy the extra help when needed. A win situation all... read full comment
