Why put a phone number if you're never going to answer? I've been calling all week at different times and nobody picks up the phone.

Order arrived 3 weeks later for collection, when not able to collect and requesting a refund somehow I received an email that it had been collected which is false. Online customer support not able to help.

Went to get some medicine from the pharmacy due to having an anaphylactic reaction. I was about to pay for the medicine and then proceeded to get ID'd despite telling the pharmacist about my issue. Still got the medicine and survived so 5/5 stars.
