Coffee and food are nice, like they usually are in these chain stores, but the staff are useless. Its been a problem in this store since it opened although there was a period of time (a few years ago) with a manager who was excellent, and the store was great then. This used to be my goto Starbucks, Yuri is a fantastic manager.
