Went here to collect my parcel was told my parcel wasnt there...even thou I had been sent a picture of it and I could see it behind the counter on the lower shelve. The person looked at my parcel repeatedly and replied "its not yours" very odd considering it was a printed label on it.I told him it was mine and I knew it... read full comment

If you are expecting a parcel this is the worst place to collect it from,a waste of time as their machines to process is always down expecting customers to come back later!!! this has happened 3 times now.Not a reliable service.
