Food & drinks: Oven not working so had 4th choice as my evening meal, nobody's fault but was not happy

Ben the manager was so helpful when i had a few issues on my 1st day as i stop away quite a bit only 3 days here he made sure i was sorted with the issues i had very quickly Top man Five stars from Me??
