Had the worst retail experience about 30 minutes ago. Whomever was serving me at about 9.45am today (hard-faced brunette with glasses on) was simply rude. I KNOW FROM HOING DAILY .MOST STAFF AND THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY HARDWORKING AND HELPFUL

20.30 and the shop is locked with customers queuing up outside so the employees can cash up. Perhaps do it after closing, rather than keeping customers waiting during opening time.
