Really bad horrible food and rude manager who talks to us like we are making no sense.

Why do they never fill your coffee cup to required mark, why when your really looking forward to it do you get one sugar when you asked for two, or no stirrer in the bag Or worst of all no sauces,always make sure you have sauces before leaving.
