I ordered from the app and didn’t receive my delivery. The rider didn’t even call me but finished the order. I wasn’t able to contact the rider and I cannot get my refund. I’m hungry and furious and I lost my money. What a waste of time and money. Never gonna eat here anymore.

One of the poorest takeout experience that I’ve ever had. I ordered two ice creams at 6am on Deliveroo. great service slightly long waiting times and a little bit difficult to use the iPad machines i would suggest support for those people struggling to use the machines yes I know thay don't have use them but just a suggestion .? ?
