I visited the store today to buy a new pair of boots and was kindly helped by an assistant called Eva.I never asked for help but she could see I was struggling and kindly offered to helped me. Excellent service from the lingerie department, special mention to Charlotte. I went in for a bra fitting, my first one in years and Charlotte made the experience very comfortable and went above and beyond to find me bras that fitted well.
