Staff where helpful, very good service and if there were any problems where honest and got the best outcome

having been stranded at the park n ride in my broken down car. My battery in my phone was dead I had to ask John Lewis out for help at 5.45 in the morning. The chaps was very upstanding and managed to allow me to get in the warm and find a lead to charge my phone so I could call for help. thank you so much !!
