Even though i ordered s cappuccino & received a latte, I cannot take any stars away. All staff are so friendly & a gentleman offered to change the latte immediately.

Very slow and inefficient service, some adolescent members of staff seem to be totally disconnected from customer needs and when asked for help or clarification demonstrate passive aggressive behaviour.

Loved their nutty chocolate. Used to be a really good shop, but since they've been bought out by Mars their prices have increased and they only restock every two weeks and so they frequently run out of my favourites. Shame as it used to be a local company with really good quality chocolate .
