The staff here are in need of training. They were distracted, unable to cope and took our simple order completely wrong. On top were rude.

Very unorganised and clearly not enough staff as the lady went off while half way through taking our order. Then over charged me so I had to wait around to be able to get a refund which was then taken from the tip jar instead as they couldn’t refund it back to my card. There are a number of coffee shops in the Grand Arcade. I went to the Costa Coffee as I was close by and wanted some refreshments. I have had mixed experiences as Costa Coffee shops but I am happy to say that the store in the Grand Arcade provided good service.
