I heard a good, fun band (The Nearly New Romantics) here and thought it was a surprisingly good space for a little concert. The vibe was happy, and the staff and locals were all into the experience. There's a surprisingly good selection of beers and ales, too.

Good pub good selection of beers also stayed overnight in on site accommodation which was excellent,would not hesitate to recommend.

New Years Eve I booked a room, I frequent the pub quite often and it is by miles the best pub I've been in, without doubt you should visit, food and beer exceptional, as for the room, superb and for the price incredible. Highly recommended oh and the staff, Andy Ollie and the crew, my hat off to you all.
