My card was declined. The guy on the till, today between: 15: 10 and 15: 25 wouldn't give me the receipt proving it was declined. He is often very difficult. The supervisor was very polite and said he will have a word with him.

I'm pretty annoyed, I asked how much something was he ignored me. Went to the counter oh I can't scan that when it's obvious other people have brought it, so would be a price but the biggest thing was the absolute rudeness and sense of not caring. I won't be going back in a hurry. Even as I was leaving heard him disappointed...

I went in to the histon coop late afternoon on the 21/10/23 and the guy on the till nearly filled the shop with an awful stench of BO it was the worst I’ve smelt and all through a lack of personal hygiene I’ve experienced in a long time and in a food shop utterly disgusting
