I like co-op but I'm tired of constantly having to wait at the till because no one is there or paying attention to customers. Automatic lanes are blocked... Is it too much to ask that people are not only working there to refill stocks but also to actually make sure customers are okay? It causes useless queues.

Absolutely raging. I was instructed to go to a self check out, without being asked if I was paying cash or card. I didn’t see the small sign which had been written below the till which said 'cash only.'
