The weighing BMI machine is always out of service. Why provide a service when the majority of the time it doesn’t work? Perhaps an upgrade to your machines?Other than that this boots is good.

Unprofessional rude arrogant staff. Boots you really need to upgrade your staff at the pharmacy!!!

It's shocking just how bad Boots is. They don't even train their staff to use the tills. I gave up in the queue after 10 minutes while this poor lad tried to use the till. Forget it.
