I went in to buy a mattress. I explained my wants and needs as, after trying two mattresses, my girlfriend told me which one to buy. The whole process was well-supported and seamless. I couldn't be happier.

Delivery team damage a wall and despite clear evidence it was them, they denied it cynically. After hearing the knock seeing the damage that was notorious and next to the bed. Not buying here again.I called customer service and they acknowledge after seeing the pictures that they would take responsibility and got 40£ compensation... read full comment
