So I phoned the national helpline and got hold of Nick in Cambridge, who assured me my money was safe and went the extra mile in trying to resolve the situation. He was truly professional , empathising with me , getting other departments in nationwide ( that were lacking ) involved, and finally getting the problem resolved . Nick kept me updated regularly. “On 22 March 2023, I experienced a very good service from Mr Hamish Robb of HSBC UK Branch at Cambridge CB2 3BZ. When I approached him to enquire about my blocked access to my digital banking account/mobile banking app, he was very helpful and patient to listen to my issue. He checked and helped to find a way to solve my problem. He helped me to phone the relevant department as well as to act as a translater for my language barrier to communicate with his colleague on the phone. Well my issue was dealt with and solved under Hamish's help. I genuinely thank him so much for his kindness and sincerity to help and his willingness to provide an effective way to deal with the issue.Meanwhile I really appreciate his courteous and patient work manner which is a very good way to show the hospitality of the bank service. Lastly I wish him a prosperous future in his career.”
“We visited the store today and had trouble finding the dried mushrooms. A very helpful lady called Fran took us to where they were. As they were a new line Fran later found us walking around the store to tell us that they weren’t yet on the system so priced them manually. Fran went above and beyond to give us excellent service.”
“I see some reviews here explaining that the customer service here is below standard. I would like to dismiss this.Today I went to post a package, containing contents with a value of over £300+. So naturally I have some suspicion of who I'm selling this to. I had been contacted by someone via 'Facebook Market Place' which I have used several times to sell on; always in cash, never an issue. This time, I was thinking a bank transfer or similar would be perfectly safe. WRONG!I took my suspicions with me and asked both of the workers in the post office, and their immediate alarm bells went off. They had heard similar scams before. Lets just say we hatched a plan and they guided me all the way to the end.I now haven't ben scammed after being on the EDGE of losing my valuable package, and also I would've been out of pocket '£££'. Thanks to their insight and awareness, and genuine care that I didn't end up screwed over, they saved me ALL THE STRESS NO ONE NEEDS. STAY SAFE. Be aware and be grateful to those who serve us. The number buttons are like silk to the touch and the visual display has just the right amount of blue light so as to not impact on my melatonin levels. “WOWEEE what a great cash machine! I was skint and needed a newspaper and without this superb Automatic Telling Machine I would have had to buy my Grauniad with my debit card and risk being tutted at by the grannies who seem to squat the Co-Op. I heard that Tescos wanted to install cash machines in their proposed shop 50 yards down the road. Co-op are good guys, you just don't get that same righteous, lefty socialist feel-good factor when you use a Tesco Cash Machine.”

“I've used this post office exclusively during my time in Cambridge and have never had a bad experience. Sure, there may be a line of people ahead of me, but that's not the fault of the staff. The person who monitors entry will try to help when they are able to do so, often times they will show one how to use the self-service desk or assist in other ways that prevents one from having to go to a live person. When I've had to go to a live person, each has been helpful and pleasant, even when I've done something idiotic.”
