got my appointment at a day and time which was convenient for me. All the staff were polite and caring, i had a thorough examination which resulted in a new prescription .there was no pressure on selecting new frames, i opted for bifocal lenses with transition . i am very happy with my new spectacles . i would recommend...

We used to use Specsavers in the CENTRE MK, but they are always so busy, and requires going up stairs. So, as we're getting older, less able to cope with crowds, and both of us can no longer do stairs, we've been going to Specsavers in Newport Pagnell, for some years now.They're a smaller shop, less customers at any one...

It was my first time being prescribed glasses and contacts and the process was very smooth from start to finish. All the staff members I came into contact with were lovely, very clear and helpful questions and instructions, and I was made to feel very well taken care of. Highly recommend!
