I went into the branch this morning tried to have a Bond opened without an appointment, and they were absolutely very helpful indeed with excellent service,Thank you to the manageress Caren,also to Lydia！very nice staffs!?

We went into the MK branch to get my son's account changed to a different account. We were told they were too busy to help us, although given as we walked in one member of staff wasn't doing anything I got the impression they just couldn't be bothered.
