Appalling did not deliver claiming property was inaccessible. It wasn't. I now have to get across town to collect it, since Royal Mail won't try delivery again.

Delivery timeframe passed.Was on hold on the phone for more than 40 minutes twice, and the moment they have answered the phone they cut the call.Atrocious.. how are these people get paid to be useless..
