Ridiculous- didn't even know my branch of 26yrs had moved!!
New branch- the other end- complete unsatisfactory-
Had to wait for the one ( yes 1!) customer service operative to arrive- upstairs- long queue. Could hear everything tht was being said - no confidentiality. Just rubbish. Would give 0 if that was an option!!!

My wife and I have been with Natwest all our life. Recently we had issues with one of our other banks and were very disappointed with the way they were making us go from pillar to post just to open an ISA account. I've been with natwest for 14 years now and I've never had an issue. They are a pleasure to deal with. The process of opening any account online is easy, and the staff have been top notch. Very professional on each occasion I've called or visited.
