thank you Nationwide branch. I came in to check that the stolen cards had not been used since they were stopped. Staff were able to reassure me and tell me if I needed money before the new cards came that I could pop in with ID and withdraw money.. Greatly reassured

I cannot praise the staff of Bletchley branch enough. They are so friendly and helpful, making you feel like you are their best customer. Having to remove a deceased name from a joint account I was treated with empathy & made to feel comfortable the customer service was second to none and service was excellent thank you
